Summer checklists 2017

Centre directors,

Here are the checklists for the end of the summer course.

All teachers have the same checklist, regardless of whether they are leaving or coming back in September.  The only difference is that techers who are leaving have to complete a reference information form and send it to me.

Can I just clarify something about teachers who teach in two centres - they only need to complete one checklist.  You'll see there is space on the checklist to get things signed in two centres if necessary.

You'll have to make sure that you and the secretaries are free on Friday 28th from 13.15 to sign teachers off.  Obviously it's better for teachers to get as much as possible checked and signed off before the last day.
